You will receive two confirmation messages: an email notifying you of the acceptance of your request, and a message the week before your reservation, in which we will ask you to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions. Our menus can be adapted to a vegetarian version, but we must be informed at least 3 days before your visit, as we work exclusively with fresh products.
